Service, Sales, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Sports Car Chauffeurs, we pride ourselves on providing a professional and reliable chauffeur service. As a service provider, we do not sell physical products, and therefore, the concept of ‘returns’ does not apply. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & Deposits
To secure your chauffeur booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is required at the time of confirmation. This deposit guarantees your reservation ahead of all other client enquiries and covers initial administrative and scheduling costs.
The balance is to be paid no later than 14 days prior to the booking date.

Chauffeur Service
Our chauffeurs will arrive punctually, professionally attired, and will operate the vehicle in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
The client is responsible for providing accurate booking information. Changes or cancellations must be made in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Conduct and Passenger Responsibility
Clients and passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.
Consumption of illegal substances or excessive alcohol is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
No food and drink is to be consumed inside the vehicle.
All vehicles are non-smoking.
Any behaviour deemed threatening, abusive or unsafe may result in immediate termination of the service, without refund.

Damage and Cleaning
The client shall be liable for any damage caused by themselves or their party to the vehicle, interior or exterior.
Excessive spillage, staining, or soiling will incur an additional cleaning charge of up to £250 depending on severity.
In the event of damage rendering the vehicle inoperable or unavailable for subsequent bookings, further charges may apply to recover lost business.

Speed Limits and Driving Conduct
All vehicles will be driven in accordance with UK road traffic laws and applicable speed limits.
Clients must not request the chauffeur to exceed legal limits or drive in a manner that is unsafe or unlawful.
Our vehicles are high-performance but will always be operated with public safety and road conditions in mind.

Insurance and Liability
All vehicles are insured for passenger travel. However, client property is carried entirely at the owner's risk.
sporscarchauffeurs.com shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failure.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, a suitable replacement will be arranged wherever possible.

Cancellation & Refund Terms
Should you need to cancel a booking, the following refund policy applies only where the booking has been paid in full:

• More than 28 days prior to the service date – 80% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit).

• Between 14 and 28 days prior to the service date – 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit).

• Less than 14 days prior to the service date – No refund will be issued.

Please note: The 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: hello@sportscarchauffeurs.com.
The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written notice.

Refund Processing
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation date and will be returned via the original method of payment.

Amendments to Bookings
We will endeavour to accommodate requests to reschedule or modify bookings; however, this is subject to vehicle and driver availability and may incur additional charges. Any such changes must also be submitted in writing.

Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather and natural disasters, road closures, acts of war or terrorism, serious or fatal injury, or unforeseen traffic conditions.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
